Department of computer science is offering the fallowing programs:

Master of Science in Computer Sciences (M. Sc (CS))
Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

The department of Computer Applications was started in the year 1993. The first batch passed out in 1996. So far 23 batches of students have graduated from our MCA program as of 2018. The MCA program attracts some of the best students from the MCA Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) rankings. The intake of MSc(CS) Program is 40.

Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) is an undergraduate degree course in computer applications. The BCA Program in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College for PG Courses is reintroduced in the academic year 2017-18 based on the demand of the course with an intake 60. BCA course is tailored for those who want to excel in the field of computers in graduate level. Courses covered in BCA student are at part with Engineering syllabus.
